Pineapple+Avacado Salad

INGREDIENT
1 small pineapple
2 avocados
1 small red pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tspn grated ginger
1/4 tspn paprika
1/4 tspn white pepper


METHOD

Cut the pineapple in half lengthways. Scoop out the flesh and cut into
small cubes. Do the same with red pepper.

Peel avocados and remove seeds. Cut into chunks.
Arrange pineapple,avocados and red pepper on individual salad plates
or Spoon into pineapple shell.

Mix mayonnaise,pepper,paprika,ginger and pour over salad, serve immediately
