INGREDIENT
1 c Besan flour (kadala piti)
1 c ghee
1 c milk powder
1 c sugar
1 c ghee

METHOD
Fry besan in ghee till fragrant.
Remove from fire and add the milk powder.
Next heat sugar with 1/4 cup of water and bring to a boil.
Add the besan mixture to the sugar syrup.
Stir until it does not stick to the vessel.
Turn off the heat and put the mixture into a tray.
Flatten evenly, cut into squares and serve.
