INGREDIENT
500Gms self raising flour
250gms icing sugar
250Gms Ghee or Butter Oil

250Gms Ghee or Butter Oil
METHOD
Mix all three Ingredients until it forms in to a very soft dough.( I use my Dough Mixer mechine- makes it easier)
Let it stand for about 1/2 hour.
Let it stand for about 1/2 hour.
Then pre-heat your oven to 200F.
Make tiny balls and flatten it slightly, then put them on cookie trays/sheets and bake for about 20mnts until its done.

Do not have your temperature high as the Gnakatha's (cookies) will get harder.
