Cheese Salad

INGREDIENT
Blue cheese or Mozarella Cheese
Any type of salad leaves around one bowl (Rukkola/Arugula is the best)
4 large tomatoes or 15 cherry tomatoes
5 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
salt to taste
1 teaspoon of crushed black pepper
1 apple
Dijon Mustard - one table spoon or normal mustard cream
crushed ginger
 
METHOD

Salad Dressing:
First mix crushed ginger, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper and mustard together and keep aside.
Clean and wash the salad leaves. Chop the tomatoes and the apple into cubes. Chop the cheese of your preference into cubes.
Add the salad dressing and serve with Olive bread.
