INGREDIENT
- 8 cups flour
- 2 ozs butter/margarine
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbls yeast[instant]
- 1 1/4 cup warm milk
- 1 1/4 cup warm water
- 2 egg yolks
[for more milk taste add 2 tsp milk powder]
METHOD
*Sift flour add salt,sugar,yeast & mix well.*Add margarine & rub into the flour.
*Add milk & water;knead into a soft dough.
*Knead again on a floured surface/board & give cuts & leave to rise.
*After it's double in size;divide into equal size balls.
*Keep on a greased tray & brush with egg/milk glaze.
*Pre-heat oven 200'c for 10 mts.
*Bake for 20 mts.
