Soya-meat with Mushroom salad

 

INGREDIENT
Soya meat 100 gms
Oyster Mushroom 1 packet
Carrot 100 gms
Beans 100 gms
Sliced Onions 200 gms
Tomato 150 gms
Oil for frying
Green chillie 2
Cashew Nuts 50gms
Raisins 50 gms
Cheese 50 gms
Salt to taste
Pepper 2 tsp

METHOD
Boil the soya meat & mushrooms with salt & cut into very small pieces. Deep fry the Soya meat & temper the Mushrooms.
Cut the carrots, beans, tomatoes and green chillies into pieces.
Add sliced onions & all mentioned above into a Bowl. Finally add salt & pepper to taste. Mix well.
To garnish add the Cashew nuts & the raisins.
Serve for 4 people.
