This is an American main course serves with a meat most of the time.
Serves 4
INGREDIENT
500 g Potatoes
1 cup Milk
5 g Liquid cheese (or melted cheese)
5 cloves of Garlic
5 g Butter
Chopped fresh 20- bay leaves ("Karapincha")
Powdered black Papper
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp lemon juice

METHOD
Boil the potatoes, process well with milk, using a food processor or a blender. Meanwhile, slice the garlic cloves and roast both sides till goled brown, (in a nonstock pan) and powder.
Heat a large pan and butter on it. Chopped the bay leaves. Pour the potato mixuter in to the pan, add powdered garlic, chopped bay leaves, cheese, papper and salt. Stir occasionally. cook for a cout 10 minutes in a medium heat. Turn off the heat and add lemon juice, stirr well. serve hot.
