FATTOUSH (LEBANESE SALAD)

INGREDIENT
 1 TBSP WINE VINEGAR
 1 TBSP OLIVE OIL
 1 TSP SALT
 1 TBSP SUMARK POWDER
 10 FRESH MINT LEAVES CHOPPED
 2-3 TOMATOES DICED
 2 CUCUMBER , CHOPPED IN TO HALF MOONS
 1 GREEN PEPPER, CHOPPED
 10 SMALL RADISHES,CHOPPED
 1 ONION , CUT INTO WINGS
 1 1/2 LOAVES PITA BREAD, CRISPY BROILED
 
METHOD
JUST BEFORE EATING, THE PITA BREAD AND INCORPORATE INTO THE SALAD
