Green Mango Salad

This could be served as an appetizer or served with rice as a side dish.

INGREDIENT
2 medium green mangoes, shredded
1 green chillies, chopped
1 tbsp juggery or brown sugar
1/2 tsp ginger, chopped
1/8 tsp mustard powder
1/4 cup peanuts
1 tsp vinegar
Salt to taste

METHOD


Pound the green chillie, ginger and juggery into a paste using a motar and pestle.
Add peanut and pound till coarse.
Next add all the other ingredients and pound to for a minutes or so.
Refrigerate for about 30 mins and serve.
