Bread-basic dough


INGREDIENT


  •  8 cups flour
  •  2 ozs butter/margarine
  •  2 tsp salt
  •  2 tsp sugar
  •  1 tbls yeast[instant]
  •  1 1/4 cup warm milk
  •  1 1/4 cup warm water
  •  2 egg yolks

[for more milk taste add 2 tsp milk powder]

METHOD

*Sift flour add salt,sugar,yeast & mix well.
*Add margarine & rub into the flour.
*Add milk & water;knead into a soft dough.
*Knead again on a floured surface/board & give cuts & leave to rise.
*After it's double in size;divide into equal size balls.
*Keep on a greased tray & brush with egg/milk glaze.
*Pre-heat oven 200'c for 10 mts.
*Bake for 20 mts.
