Arabic Lamb Buryahani


INGREDIENT


  • 01-kg lamb
  • 04-tea cups rice
  • 02-large tomatoes
  • 03-onions
  • 05-cloves garlic
  • 03-red peppers
  • salt/pepper
  • tomato paste
  • 01-spoon curry powder
  • half cup corn oil


METHOD
Add little oil and first brown the lamb in a pan. Fry onions tomatoes garlic and red pepper together. Add lamb cubes to it and then add the rice and stir, add water one inch above the rice and mix tomato paste and salt, pepper & curry powder. Cook until water is dry and the rice is soft. Serve with chutney.
